流量測量與流體的流動狀態(tài)無關(guān),這是因?yàn)闄E圓齒輪流量計是依靠被測介質(zhì)的壓頭推動橢圓齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)而進(jìn)行計量的。粘度愈大的介質(zhì),從齒輪和計量空間隙中泄漏出去的泄漏量愈小,因此核測介質(zhì)的粘皮愈大,泄漏誤差愈小,對測量愈有利。橢圓齒輪流量計計量精度高,適用于高粘度介質(zhì)流量的測量,但不適用于含有固體顆粒的流體(固體顆粒會將齒輪卡死,以致無法測量流量)。如果被測液體介質(zhì)中夾雜有氣體時,也會引起測量誤差。橢圓齒輪流量計是容積式流量計的一種,用于精密的連續(xù)或間斷的測量管道中液體的流量或瞬時流量.它特別適合于重油、聚乙烯醇、樹脂等粘度較高介質(zhì)的流量測量。

良好的復(fù)雜流體的適用性:
本質(zhì)量流量計在設(shè)計和制造上消除了許多流量計在復(fù)雜流體測控方面所遇到的共同問題。
有關(guān)測量與管道中的流速分布無關(guān),它允許不同截面上有不同的流速分布,甚至有局部回流,因此,它對上下游的管道不需要有特殊要求,也不要求管道中的流動必須符合某些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
有關(guān)測量結(jié)果與管道中流體的物理性質(zhì)無關(guān),儀表系數(shù)K不會因雷諾數(shù)的改變而改變,因此,有非常寬的量程比和良好的線性度。
對不可壓縮液體,有關(guān)瞬時流量的測量與U形管中流動的歷史無關(guān),因此即使對非穩(wěn)定(非定常)流動,也可以得到可靠的準(zhǔn)確的測量結(jié)果。

智能遠(yuǎn)傳型,由智能型指示器中的隨動磁鋼與浮子內(nèi)磁鋼耦合,而發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)動,同時帶動傳感磁鋼及指針,通過一個磁傳感器將磁場變化轉(zhuǎn)化成電信號,經(jīng)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,數(shù)字濾波,微處理器處理,D/A輸出,LCD液晶顯示,來顯示出瞬時流量及累積流量大小。(如下圖所示)
金屬管浮子流量計的口徑、浮子號及刻度的計算 1、計算方法(1) 根據(jù)用戶給出的數(shù)據(jù),選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓接嬎阆鄳?yīng)標(biāo)校介質(zhì)的流量Qs:其中:Qs-標(biāo)校介質(zhì)(水或空氣)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下(20℃,0.1013Mpa)的流量 Q-用戶介質(zhì)流量 K-修正系數(shù)(2)根據(jù)計算得到的 Qs值,查流量表來確定選用的浮子號及測量管的口徑(流量表中的數(shù)值都是水或空氣在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)下的流量值)(3)確定測量管口徑和浮子號后,建議用下式確定被測介質(zhì)流量刻度的上限值Q:其中:Qi查流量表中選取某一浮子號對應(yīng)的水或空氣流量的值。(4)由于計算中沒有考慮粘度的修正,有可能與工廠計算的結(jié)果產(chǎn)生差異。
2、修正系數(shù)K的確定(1)對于液體介質(zhì)a、如果Q是液體體積流量則用下式計算K:

金屬管浮子流量計的結(jié)構(gòu)
1、高溫型結(jié)構(gòu)(G型) 高溫結(jié)構(gòu)型(G型)是用于介質(zhì)溫度過高或過低而需要對測量管采取保溫隔熱措施的介質(zhì)的流量測量。高溫型結(jié)構(gòu)是加大了測量管與指示器之間的距離來增加散熱、增加隔熱材料厚度,保證指示器工作在允許的環(huán)境溫度范圍內(nèi)。選型為"G"型。G型金屬管浮子流量計可以測量溫度達(dá)-80℃-+300℃的介質(zhì)的流量。
2、帶阻尼器裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)(Z型) 阻尼器結(jié)構(gòu)型用于流量計入口流量(壓力)不穩(wěn)定時的介質(zhì)流量測量,特別是對于氣體的測量。它的結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示.
3、夾套型結(jié)構(gòu)(T型) 夾套型結(jié)構(gòu)用于對需要伴熱或冷卻(如高粘度和易結(jié)晶)的介質(zhì)的流量測量。在夾套中通過加熱或冷卻介質(zhì),使低沸點(diǎn)、低凝固點(diǎn)流體不汽化和不結(jié)晶。伴熱介質(zhì)的導(dǎo)入和導(dǎo)出連接,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型要用HG20594-97 DN15 PN1.6法蘭,其它的法蘭規(guī)格連接可與廠標(biāo)明,夾套的壓力等級為1.6MPa.夾套型流量計結(jié)構(gòu)見FA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型流量計法蘭、外形尺寸圖。
4、高壓型結(jié)構(gòu)(Y型) 高壓型結(jié)構(gòu)用于被測介質(zhì)壓力大于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的壓力等級的流量測量。高壓型結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖所示。目前FFM64系列的壓力可以達(dá)到32MPa。另外高壓型流量計可提供內(nèi)置磁過濾器型,安裝高度均為350mm。FA、FB和FC型壓力為10MPa.

金屬管浮子流量計的安裝注意事項
為了能讓金屬管浮子流量計正常工作且能達(dá)到一定的測量精度,在安裝流量計時要注意以下幾點(diǎn): 1、金屬管浮子流量計必須垂直安裝在無振動的管道上。流體自下而上流過流量計,且垂直度優(yōu)于2°,水平安裝時水平夾角優(yōu)于2°;2、為了方便檢修和更換流量計、清洗測量管道,安裝在工藝管線上的金屬管浮子流量計應(yīng)加裝旁路管道和旁路閥;3、金屬管浮子流量計入口處應(yīng)有5倍管徑以上長度的直管段,出口應(yīng)有250mm直管段;4、如果介質(zhì)中含有鐵磁性物質(zhì),應(yīng)安裝磁過濾器;如果介質(zhì)中含有固體雜質(zhì),應(yīng)考慮在閥門和直管段之間加裝過濾器;5、當(dāng)用于氣體測量時,應(yīng)保證管道壓力不小于5倍流量計的壓力損失,以使浮子穩(wěn)定工作;6、為了避免由于管道引起的流量計變形,工藝管線的法蘭必須與流量計的法蘭同軸并且相互平行,管道支撐以避免管道振動和減小流量計的軸向負(fù)荷,測量系統(tǒng)中控制閥應(yīng)安裝在流量計的下游:7、測量氣體時,如果氣體在流量計的出口直接排放大氣,則應(yīng)在儀表的出口安裝閥門,否則將會在浮子處產(chǎn)生氣壓降而引起數(shù)據(jù)失真。8、安裝PTFE襯里的儀表時,法蘭螺母不要隨意不對稱擰得過緊,以免引起PTEF襯里變形;9、帶有液晶顯示的儀表,要盡量避免陽光直射顯示器,以免降低液晶使用壽命;帶有鋰電池供電的儀表,要盡量避免陽光直射、高溫環(huán)境(≥65℃)以免降低鋰電池的容量和壽命。
